THE BREAKFAST

The breakfast is served on the panoramic terraces or in an elegant interior room, and it is a pleasant moment of conviviality: guests from different countries are friendly chatting, exchanging opinions and advices on their travels, while enjoing a good coffee. The buffet is rich in typical Sicilian sweets, locally produced jams, fragrant fresh bread, tasty croissants, lots of fruit, eggs, ham and local cheeses such as ricotta and pecorino.  Every season or holidays in Sicily has a typical dessert so you will find in Autumn the fruits of marzipan, biscuits with figs and taralli, typical of All-Saints, at Christmas the cassata, at Easter a lamb in almond paste…
